本機(jī)是一種鉸接自行式平地機(jī)，適合基礎(chǔ)工程的大面積平整工作，也可用于挖溝、刮坡、推土、松土、除雪作業(yè)，是建設(shè)高等級(jí)公路、鐵路、機(jī)場(chǎng)、港口、堤壩、工業(yè)場(chǎng)地和農(nóng)田平整的多用途高效率現(xiàn)代化施工設(shè)備。

Scope of application

Self-propelled articulated motor grader is suitable for large-scale land leveling in foundation constructions. It can be used for ditching, grading, slope scraping，bulldozing, ripping, virgin land scarifying and snow-removing etc., which is modernized construction equipment of multi-functions and high-efficiency for high-class highway, railway, airport, harbors, dams, industrial ground and farmland.

主要特點(diǎn)

1.發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，液壓泵馬達(dá)，多路閥，分流閥和差速器均為國(guó)外著名廠家產(chǎn)品；

2.斜線造型整體金屬機(jī)罩，滿(mǎn)足1m×1m視距標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，駕駛室寬敞明亮，視野開(kāi)闊，使操作和維護(hù)保養(yǎng)更加方便；

3.行走系統(tǒng)采用液力換檔變速箱，變速換向采用電液控制，一桿操縱，輕松靈活；

4.轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)采用中央鉸接機(jī)構(gòu)加偏轉(zhuǎn)式轉(zhuǎn)向前輪，以及擺動(dòng)平衡橋大大提高了平地機(jī)的作業(yè)性能；

5.制勸系統(tǒng)采用單回路液壓泵蓄能器制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)，蹄式或鉗盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器，并配有機(jī)械式停車(chē)制動(dòng)器，使整機(jī)工作更安全可靠；

2.Whole engine hood and spacious operator's cab for good visibility within 1m×1m distance, ease to maintain and operate.

3.Torque converter and power-shift gearbox is operated electro-hydraulically, all the instruments and warning lights are indicated on the liquid-crystal screen digitally with flexible and light operations.

4.Steering system with center articulated joint and tilt-able front wheels, together with oscillating balance case enhance the maneuverability of machine.

5.Braking system with single-circuit accumulator brake control, caliper disc brake and mechanical parking brake for more safety and reliability.
